The petitioner shall fle on-line application. The petitioner shall submit the original tribe certifcate with incorrect spelling to the concerned Sub Divisional Offcer. The concerned Sub Divisional Offcer after verifying the record of issuance of the certifcate shall issue the corrected tribe certifcate to the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of production of incorrect tribe certifcate.
