This Court, by order dated 30/10/2023 in Writ Petition No. 13550 of 2023, directed the grant of validity certificates of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe, to the blood relatives of the petitioner. The petitioner, therefore, deserves to be granted similar treatment. 2.

In view of the above, the writ petition is partly allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Committee shall issue a certificate of validity to the petitioner of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe, forthwith. However, the validity so granted shall be subject to the final outcome of the proceedings relating to the validity holders whose cases the Committee has decided to reopen. 3.
