We are not inclined to entertain the present contempt petition, at present.

We have passed the order only on 9th February, 2021 directing the Joint Director High Education to decide about the admissible pay scale. The hearing is conducted by the Joint Director of Higher Education and has also issued further directions. The Joint Director of Higher Education is taking further steps in the matter. It is not even five months have lapsed from the date of the order passed by us. We had not set out the time limit in the order dated 9th February, 2021 in Writ Petition No.14799 of 2017. As steps are being taken by the Joint Director of Higher Education, we are not inclined to entertain the contempt petition at present.
