ORDER :

The learned senior counsel for petitioners submits that the applications are given for extension of term. The same are pending with the State Government.

We had directed the learned A.G.P. to take instructions, the period within which the applications of petitioners for extension of the term of the Managing Committee would be decided.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that within four weeks the applications of petitioners would be decided.

The said statement is accepted. It is expected that the respondents shall not take any precipitative action of appointment of Administrator till the applications of petitioners are decided.
