Girish is the Cousin nephew of all the petitioners. They claim to have belonged to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. Their tribe certificates were subjected to scrutiny. The Scrutiny Committee did not grant validity to their certificates. They are, therefore, before us. 3.

Distinct cousins of the petitioners have been granted validity certificates on the directions given by this Court, in the case of Girish Balwantrao Pakalwad vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others in Writ Petition No.12669 of 2021. The learned A.G.P informs that they are going to move this Court for modification of the said order, only to the extent of making the same conditional, i.e subject to outcome of the proceedings of other validity holders to be reopened by the Scrutiny Committee.

4.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners would be content with if they are granted conditional validities such as the validity granted to Girish/cousin nephew of all the petitioners. It is also informed that the cases of other validity holders are proposed to be reopened.

5.

In short, since one of the blood relations of the petitioners has been granted validity on the strength of the order passed by this Court in the case of Girish Balwantrao Pakalwad (supra) in Writ Petition No.12669 of 2021 and there are other blood relations, who hold the validity certificates, we therefore, allow these petitions in terms of the following order :

B) The Respondent/Scrutiny Committee shall issue the petitioners validity certificates of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe.

C) The validity certificates granted to the petitioners shall be conditional and would hold the field or remain in force until validity granted to Girish and other blood relations would continue to hold validities.
