The petitioner has suffered invalidation of the 'Rajput Bhamta' Scheduled Tribe claim. Prayer Clauses (A) and (B) are set out as under :- "A] By issuing a writ of certiorari or any other writ in the like nature, This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned Order dated 11.05.2022 passed by the District Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee Jalna wherein the Caste certificate of the present petitioner is invalidated. B] By issuing a writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to issue caste validity certificate of Rajput Bhamta to the petitioner forthwith And/Or please to remand the matter for

5754.22wp (2) reconsideration of the caste claim of the Petitioner afresh before the respondent No.2/committee." 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 03/08/2022. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of all the respondents.

All office objections shall be removed within a period of three weeks from today, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
