The petitioners have pointed out that this Court has delivered a judgment on 29.03.2023 in Writ Petition No.11126 of 2009. The present petition is identically placed.

The learned AGP has gone through the said judgment in the light of the order dated 02.05.2023 and submits, on instructions, that the view taken in the said judgment would cover the case of the petitioners.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off in terms of the judgment dated 29.03.2023 delivered in Writ Petition No. 11126 of 2009.
