The petitioner was aggrieved by one of the same common order passed by the respondent/Scrutiny Committee on 02.05.2025. The petitioner along with those others preferred different writ petitions. The writ petition preferred by those two others is numbered as Writ Petition No.8065 of 2025. This Court vide order dated 04.08.2025 allowed the said writ petition setting aside the common impugned order with further direction to grant the petitioners therein validity certificate of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe.

In view of the same, this petition deserves to be allowed in terms of the similar order.

Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee shall issue 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe validity certificate in favour of the Petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be subject to the following conditions:- (a) The caste validity certificate shall be subject to the outcome of the re-verification of the validity certificates of blood relatives of the Petitioner, which the Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee may propose to re-open.

(b) The Petitioners shall not claim any equity.

(c) The Petitioners shall cooperate with the Scrutiny Committee.
