{2} wp1425020.odt In case the proposals seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioners from unaided to aided posts are pending with the Deputy Director of Education, then the Deputy Director of Education shall decide the same on their own merits and in accordance with the rules and in tune with the Judgment delivered by this Court on 04.07.2019 in Writ Petition No.1493 of 2018 with connected matters, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months.

Writ Petitions are disposed of with no order as to costs.
