This is an application for granting stay to the execution of the judgment and award of the reference court under challenge. 2.

Heard. Perused the application. Considering the reasons stated in the application and arguments of both sides, the application deserves to be allowed subject to condition that the appellant shall deposit 75% amount alongwith accrued interest thereon within five weeks.
