Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

The petitioner challenges the order dated 24.04.2023 passed by respondent No.2, the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, in File No. 2022/Gram Panchayat/Appeal-2/CR-117 and the order dated 29.09.2022 passed respondent No.3, the District Collector, Osmanabad. 3.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.6 submits that no interim relief was granted in the present petition and during the pendency of the petition, the seat which had vacant on the count of disqualification has already been filled through an election.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the present petition. Hence, the petition stands disposed of.
