2 2-crappln2651-15.odt Shrirampur, in Sessions Case No.21 of 2014, for the offences punishable under Section 306 and 498A read with 34 of Indian Penal Code and are sentenced to suffer R.I. for three years and two years each, on each count, with a direction to pay fine amount.
4] Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the fine amount has already been deposited by the applicants.
5] In the circumstances, considering the conviction and sentences awarded by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, and finding that the sentences were suspended by learned Addl. Sessions Judge for a limited period, present application deserves to be allowed.
6] In the result, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended during pendency of the appeal.
