The petition was filed seeking permission to terminate the pregnancy of the petitioner. The petitioner was referred to the Expert Committee at Government Medical College and Hospital at Aurangabad.

The Expert Committee has submitted a letter that, the petitioner was admitted in critical condition on 21.06.2021 in medicine ICU and the patient/petitioner died on 22.06.2021. 3.
