The present Civil Application is moved for extending the interim protection granted by this Court under order dated 20.08.2020, till the decision on stay application in appeal filed by the petitioner before the State Commission. Mr.Bagul, the learned Counsel submits that as rules are not approved by the State Government, the virtual hearing is not taking place before the State Commission. Mr.Deshmukh, the learned Sr. Advocate and Mr. Gawali, the learned Advocate for the respondents placed on record notice dated 02.09.2020 to state that the Registrar (Legal), State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Maharashtra, Mumbai has issued a notice
( 2 ) ca5480.20 intimating the parties that if they are willing to take up the matter urgently, they shall give notice to other side for taking up the matter on Board for hearing also and the hearing would be conducted by Video conferencing or virtually.

We are not inclined to time and again extend the interim order passed by this Court. It is by way of last indulgence, we extend the interim order passed by this Court for two weeks from today. The petitioner shall move the State Commission for taking up his matter for hearing on interim application with intimation to the other side. We make it clear that we would not entertain any such application for extension of interim order in future.
