At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to assist learned APP.

Having regard to the nature of offence, he is permitted to assist the learned APP. Criminal Application No. 2151/2023 stands disposed of.

Applicant is a lady against whom there is allegation that she had illicit relations with the husband of the deceased. Prima facie perusal of the First Information Report in Crime No. 61/2023

- 2 - aba695.23.odt registered with Kinwat Police Station, Dist. Nanded shows that there are no allegations against the present applicant that she in any manner whatsoever has abetted act of commission of suicide by deceased. Merely because there is allegation that applicant had illicit relations with the husband of the deceased, she could not have been arrayed as accused in this case. Hence, application is allowed in terms of the interim order.
