This Petition is filed with the following prayers: "(A) Issue rule;

(B) Be please to quash and set aside the impugned communication dated 14.02.2024 issued by the Divisional Dy. Director of Education, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to the Education Officer (Primary) Zilla Parishad Beed and further be please to grant the approval for the 8th Std to the school run by the petitioner trust namely Moreshwar Shikshan Prasarak Mandal at Moregaon, Tq. & Dist. Beed. (C) Pending hearing and final disposal of the writ petition, be please to direct the respondent no.2 in particular to consider the proposal submitted by petitioner for approval of Class 8th of the school run by the petitioner trust namely Moreshwar Shikshan Prasarak Mandal at Moregaon, Tq. & Dist. Beed.

(D) Any other just and necessary orders in the interest of petitioners and justice to be passed."

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the Petitioner - Institution has submitted the proposal for approval of 8th Std. which is functioning at the School of the Petitioner and the Respondent No.4 - Education Officer has also forwarded the said proposal to the Respondent No.2 - Director of Education (Primary), Pune and the same is pending consideration. He submits that Respondent No.2 may be directed to consider the same on its own merits before 31.08.2025 which is the last date for submission of such proposals as per Government Resolution dated 29.04.2025. 3.

Learned Addl. G. P. appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that, necessary directions be given to decide the said proposal on its own merits.

In view of the above submission, Respondent No.2 - Director of Education (Primary), Pune, to consider and decide the proposal of the Petitioner - Institution in accordance with law and within the time stipulated by the Government for deciding such proposals, if not decided.
