PER COURT:

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed Engineering Course. The validation proceeding is pending. The respondents are not issuing the marksheet and Degree Certifcate. 2] The learned AGP, upon instructions, submits that the validation proceeding is pending.

3] In the light of that, we pass the following order :- [a] The respondent No.2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the Tribe Claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 5th October, 2020. [b] The respondent No.3 - College shall not withhold the mark sheet of the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The respondent No.3 shall not issue degree certifcate to the petitioner unless and until the petitioner produces the validity Certifcate.

4] With the above observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
