After having heard the learned Advocate for the applicant for a while, the Court expressed disinclination to grant him bail, since the MCOCA has been invoked against him and the process of investigation is still in progress. As such, at this stage, it cannot be said that whether there are reasons to come to the conclusion that he have been guilty of offence under MCOCA or not. 2.

The Bail Application is rejected.
