The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent no.2/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur dated 04.01.2024, refusing to grant approval to his transfer from one school to the other school purportedly under Section 41A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Services) Regulation and Rules, 1981. In the light of Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024 providing fora for ventilating inter alia the grievance being made before us, we dispose of the writ petition by granting the petitioner liberty to resort to the remedies and the forum under the G.R. dated 27.03.2024. If the application/appeal is preferred within three weeks, the authority shall not refuse to entertain it on the ground of limitation.
