After having heard the learned Advocate for the applicant for a while, the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief. It is specifically made clear that all the police papers have not been gone into and as such, the application cannot be said to have been heard on its merits. There is recent recovery of gold and silver ornaments at the instance of the applicant. Only this piece of evidence lead this Court to decline the relief. 2.

The Bail Application is rejected.

The appellate Court is therefore requested to commence the trial at the earliest and conclude the same within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
