Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent No. 3 - the Child Development Project Officer under the Integrated Child Development Service Scheme to decide an objection dated 09.09.2024 filed by the petitioner. This pertains to appointment to the post of 'Anganwadi Madatnis' as per advertisement issued in July 2024 and February 2025.

In the first place, there is nothing on record to show that a final select list was issued in pursuance of the process undertaken for appointment to the post of 'Anganwadi Madatnis' . If there was such 1/2

940 wp NO. 8020 OF 2025 a final list, in terms of the Government Resolution dated 02.02.2023, the petitioner would have to file an appeal before the Divisional Deputy Commissioner, Women and Child Welfare Department within 30 days of issuance of such a final list of selection. 4.

A perusal of the documents placed on record by the petitioner herself show that in terms of a direction issued by the Divisional Commissioner, the process of selection was stayed and it appears that eventually it was directed to be conducted afresh and de novo. 5.

In view of the above, we are convinced that there is no cause of action to petitioner to file the present petition. 6.

Hence, the petition is DISMISSED.
