Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner as also the learned A.G.P.

The petitioners are before us with a limited grievance. Caste certificates issued to them are in incorrect from when it has to be in form ' C'

as stipulated in the rules. It appears that they have submitted fresh applications seeking caste certificates on 10.12.2022. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by permitting the petitioners to surrender their caste certificates to the respondent No. 2-competent authority within one week, whereupon the respondent No. 2 shall issue fresh caste certificates in correct form, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks thereafter.
