Heard. It appears that though the Petitioner has filed application stating therein details about the alleged offence committed by the accused and also the injuries sustained by the Petitioner, the said application/representation dated 15th May 2015 filed by the Petitioner is not

In that view of the matter, we direct the Superintendent of Police, Jalgaon to decide the said application/representation dated 15th May 2015 on its own merits after summoning the Investigating Officer, within THREE WEEKS from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of on above terms.
