After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, this Court expressed disinclination to grant bail to the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, on instructions, came around to withdraw the application with a prayer to direct the trial court to commence hearing and conclude the trial within a time frame. 3.

The trial Court is requested to commence the trial within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and conclude the same within eight months. If the trial could not be
