Mr. Darak, learned Counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that the petitioner had filed complaint to the Collector. The Collector had directed the Municipal Corporation to decide it but before the complaint of the petitioner can be decided the petitioner filed a writ petition. 2.

Mr. Katneshwarkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that let respondent no. 2 decide the complaint on merits.
