The present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 67 days. The applicant is child in conflict with law and the present application has been filed through his guardian. He challenges the order of rejection of his bail application. Though learned APP objects, it has been stated that applicant had already preferred Bail Application No. 1675 of 2022 before this Court in which the applicant had taken the defence that he is Child In Conflict with Law [CICL] and therefore this Court, by order dated 27.03.2023, granted liberty to him to convert the bail application into appeal and this is the reason for delay which is sufficient to condone the delay.
