After hearing progressed to some length, Mr. Palodkar, learned advocate for petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. He also seeks liberty to raise the points which have been raised in this writ petition, in the pending writ petition being W.P. No.3546 of 2017. 2.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, passed on this writ petition stands vacated. No costs.
