Heard both the sides. Perused the investigation papers.

For the reasons to be recorded separately, following order is passed:-

ORDER

(i) Applications are allowed by confirming interim protection granted to applicants by orders dated 03.05.2023, 23.05.2023 and 21.06.2023 .

(ii) Till filing of charge-sheet, applicants shall attend the concerned police station on every Saturday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m.
