Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition, however, prays for directions to the trial Court to expedite the hearing of the Criminal Misc. Application No.124 of 2016 pending before it.

Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The hearing of the case pending before the trial Court is expedited and the trial Court is directed to decide the same within a period of six months from today.
