PER COURT:

1] Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the Tribe Claim of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner has completed MBBS Course. He has also completed Internship.

The petitioner is required to serve Bond Period. Internship Certifcate is also not issued.. 2] The learned AGP, upon instructions, submits that the validation proceeding is pending at the stage of hearing. Mr. Jadhav appears for respondent No.3.

3] In case the petitioner has successfully completed his internship, then the respondents shall not withhold the Internship Completion Certifcate only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. Even otherwise, the petitioner will have to serve the Bond Period.

{2} 50 sr.no..odt 4] The respondent No.3 - University shall issue the necessary documents so as to enable the petitioner to complete his Bond period. The petitioner shall appear before the Caste Scrutiny Committee on 4th October or 5th October, 2020 and shall cooperate for the expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The Committee shall dispose of the validation proceeding within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it. The parties may take further steps depending upon the judgment of the Scrutiny Committee in validation proceeding.

5] With the above observations and directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
