DATE : 25th JUNE, 2021 PER COURT :- The learned counsel submits that caste certificate was issued to the petitioners with incorrect spelling of the tribe. The petitioners applied for issuance of corrected tribe certificate on 11th July 2019. The learned counsel submits that the petitioners would surrender original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling with the respondent. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for the respondent. 3.

In case, the petitioners surrender original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling and file online application with the respondent for issuance of corrected tribe certificate then the respondent shall verify original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling having been issued by his office and, thereafter, issue corrected certificate to the petitioners preferably within three weeks.
