The petitioner claimed to have belonged to 'Tokre-Koli' Scheduled Tribe. His tribe certificate has been invalidated by the Scrutiny Committee. He is therefore before us. 2.

Although, the learned AGP has reservation to allow the writ petition, the fact is that post the order impugned herein was passed, the sons of the petitioner namely Aakash and Bhushan have received validity certificates pursuant to order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.12109 of 2023 dated 14.12.2023 and Writ Petition No.11746 of 2023 dated 25.09.2023.

In view of the same, the petitioner deserves similar treatment. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The Writ Petition is allowed.
