The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has given representation to respondent No.3, but no decision is taken as yet. 2.

Mr. Bangar, learned counsel appears for respondents No.1 to 3. 3.

In case, the representation of the petitioner (Page Nos. 19 and 20) to restore the pension amount is pending with respondent No.3 and if respondent No.3 is competent authority to decide it, the same shall be decided in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months.
