The learned AGP sought a passover. He now submits, on instructions, that the Government does not desire to pursue this Civil Application and liberty to withdraw may be granted since the order of this Court will be implemented within the timeline granted by this Court.

In view of the above, and in view of the statement that the notification under Section 127(2) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act will be issued on or before 02nd August, 2024 which is timeline granted by the Court, the Civil Application stands disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.
