This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0359/2019, registered with Loni Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 143, 147, 148, 149, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/25 of the Indian Arms Act. 2.

The applicant has sought for bail on medical grounds. The Medical Officer, Rural Hospital, Kopargaon has given his report, intimating that the treatment of the applicant herein cannot be

(( 2 )) 949-BA-765-2022 extended by keeping him in jail. In short, according to the Medical Officer, the applicant needs to be admitted to private hospital to undergo required surgery.

In view of the above, the applicant is granted bail on medical ground for a period of one month. Hence, following order:

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0359/2019, registered with Loni Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 143, 147, 148, 149, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/25 of the Indian Arms Act, on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond of the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall surrender back to the jail on or before 1st September, 2022.
