Since we expressed our disinclination, the learned Advocate for the petitioner has taken instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court. The petitioner desires to withdraw this

5773.22wp (2) petition and avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law, in view of the following factors :- (a) The caste claim for validation was submitted by respondent No.5 on 13/05/2022.

(b) She filled in her nomination between 13/05/2022 to 25/05/2022.

(c) Her claim was invalidated on 31/05/2022.

(d) She was elected after the declaration of the results on 06/06/2022.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to avail of a remedy, as may be permissible in law.
