ORDER

This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the appellant / Insurance Company is present. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 / original claimants is present. Respondents / original claimants are also present.

The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identifcation. 3.

The learned Advocate for respondent No. 1A i.e. original claimant submitted that the claimant has already withdrawn 50 927-FA-1820-18.odt

per cent of the deposited amount from this Court, therefore, now the claimant is entitled to withdraw whatever the remaining amount after the amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- is withdrawn by the appellant / Insurance Company along with accrued interest thereon till the date of withdrawal.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise terms ("X").

The amount in terms of aforesaid compromise terms which is deposited in this Court be disbursed to the parties. 6.

The Court fee refund certifcate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 7.
