The Petitioners' change report is dated 26.12.2022, which is pending before the Wakf Board. Prayer clause A is towards seeking an out of turn hearing in the matter. 2.

Merely because a litigant can afford to come to the High Court, would not warrant an out of turn hearing in any matter. Such matters are in queue as per the dates of lodging before the concerned Authority and the said Authority has to decide the said cases as per their seniority in queue. As such, we are not issuing any direction to Respondent No.1 to decide the
