Per Court :- After hearing for quite some time, when this court was not inclined to grant the relief in favour of the applicants, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that, permission be granted to withdraw the present application. He also submitted that directions be given to the learned Sessions Judge on whose file Sessions Case No.19 Of 2015 is pending to decide it expeditiously.
[2] In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants, Application is dismissed as withdrawn. [3] Speedy trial is a right of the accused. Further it is reported that co accused - Leelabai who is behind the bar is age old women.
