Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent.

The applicant came to be arrested on 27.4.2015 in connection with crime No. 159 of 2014 registered with Tuljapur police station for the offences punishable under sections 408,409, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of I.P.C. The applicant is retired Government servant, was working as Warden in Government boys' Hostel, Tuljapur. The applicant has moved this Court by filing an application No. 2684 of 2015 for releasing him on bail, as his application bearing criminal bail application No.175 of 2015 filed for similar relief has been rejected by

-2the learned Sessions Judge, Osmanabad by order dated 18.5.2015. 3.

By way of this criminal application No. 2685 of 2015, the applicant came with a limited prayer that he be permitted to attend the marriage ceremony of his daughter scheduled to be held on 24.5.2015 at Solapur. The learned counsel submits that there is no other elder member in the family except the applicant and the applicant is required to perform the rites and rituals like Kanyadan. In view of this, following order is passed:-

O R D E R

I) Criminal application is hereby partly allowed. II) The Superintendent of Jail, Osmanabad is hereby directed to send the applicant to Solapur under escort of police force to attend the marriage ceremony of his daughter scheduled to be held on 24.5.2015 for the period from 23.5.2015 and 24.5.2015.

III) The Police Inspector, Tuljapur police station shall make available the required police force for taking the applicant to Solpaur for the purpose of attending the marriage ceremony of the applicant's daughter on 23.5.2015 and

-324.5.2015 and bring him back at district Prison Osmanabad in the evening of 24.5.2015.

IV) Application is disposed of.
