[2] At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, leave to add prayer clause. Amendment be carried out forthwith. [3] The petitioner is undergoing sentence of imprisonment for life in the Central Prison, Harsul, Aurangabad. The learned Sessions Judge, Hingoli, vide his Judgment and Order dated 15th December, 2008 passed in Sessions Case No.15/2008 convicted the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced him to suffer imprisonment for life. Being aggrieved by the said Judgment and Order, the petitioner has preferred Criminal Appeal before this court, which is still pending.

2/3 [4] The marriage of Seema (daughter of present Petitioner) is fixed and going to he solemnized on 25th May, 2015 at village Parada, District Hingoli. The petitioner has annexed the copy of marriage invitation card alongwith the petition.

[5] The petitioner is the Karta of his family. There is no elder male member in the family except the petitioner. The petitioner, being father of the bride, is required to participate in the marriage ceremony, at least for performing the ritual of Kanyadan. Hence, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

(i) The Superintendent of Central Prison, Harsul, Aurangabad is hereby directed to send the petitioner - Gopurao Marotrao Mhaske to village Parda, District Hingoli, under the escort of Police force, to attend the marriage ceremony of his daughter, for the period of 24/05/2015 and 26/05/2016. (ii) The District Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad shall make available the police force for taking the petitioner to village village Parda, District Hingoli for the purpose of attending the marriage ceremony of petitioner's daughter, for the period 24/05/15 to 26/05/15 and to take him back to Central Prison, Harsul, Aurangabad, in the evening of 26/05/15. (iii) The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
