We have heard Mr Hon, the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners and Mr Kale, the learned In-charge G.P. for the State. 2.

The proposal of the petitioner for extension of term is pending with the Government. Mr Kale, the learned In-charge G.P., on instructions submits that the Government will take decision upon it within a period of two weeks. 3.

As the decision is pending with the Government and it is submitted that within two weeks, the Government would take the decision, it is expected that the Government will not take precipitating steps regarding appointment of Administrator till the decision is pending.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
