Petitioner No.2 is a 19 years old son of the deceased, who passed away on 08.06.2014. Petitioner No.1 is the widow, who applied within time on 27.01.2015 seeking compassionate appointment. Her application was kept pending until 07.10.2021 and then the Zilla Parishad declared that she was 45 years of age and cannot be considered for compassionate appointment. Petitioner No.2 tendered an application on 29.03.2023 for compassionate appointment and the same is pending. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits
