Heard Mr. Yawalkar, the learned Addl. G. P. for applicants. Mrs. Mane, the learned advocate for the original writ petitioner opposes the application on the ground no sufficient reason is stated for condonation of delay and without sufficient cause the delay cannot be condoned.

We have gone through the reasons mentioned in the application for condonation of delay.

It is trite that application for condonation of delay has to be liberally construed. When technical considerations and cause for substantial justice are pitted against each other, the cause for substantial justice has to be sub served.

Considering the reasons given in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The civil application is disposed of.
