Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the applicant for grant of anticipatory bail, since he is apprehending his arrest in connection with CR No. 27/2015 registered with Police Station, Ambajogai, District - Beed for the offences punishable under Section/s 307, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

[2] I have heard Mr. Pravin B. Rakhunde, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Dighe, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. [3] First Information Report is lodged on 4th February, 2015 in respect of the incident occurred on 3rd February, 2015. Injured is Kishor Jadhav is the brother of First Informant - Vikas, who has lodged the First Information Report.

2/2 cri.appln. 2692.15..sxw [4] With assistance of learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I have gone through the First Information Report. From the First Information Report, it is clear that the role attributed in respect of assault by means of stone on the face of injured is attributed to Shankar Jogdand; where-as the role attributed to the present applicant is that he has given fist blows and kick blows.

[5] In that view of the matter, custodial presence of the present applicant is not at all necessary, therefore, present Application needs to be allowed. Hence, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest, applicant - VINOD S/O LAXMAN JOGDAND shall be released on anticipatory bail on he executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 5,000/- [Rs. Five Thousand.] with one solvent surety in the like amount, in connection with CR No. 27/2015 registered with Police Station, Ambajogai, District - Beed for the offences punishable under Section/s 307, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

(iii) With this Criminal Application is allowed and same is disposed of accordingly.
