DATED : 27th FERUARY, 2015 P.C. :- Heard Mr.Sakolkar, learned counsel for petitioner. Petitioner seeks review of the order dated 8/6/2011 dismissing Writ Petition No.11678/2010. Mr.Sakolkar, learned counsel submits that the review applicant does not wish to challenge the judgment of the scrutiny committee now and is only seeking relief with regard to the protection of service.
2] In Writ Petition No.11678/2010, there was no prayer with regard to the protection in service. Writ Petition was limited to the extent of challenging the judgment of the scrutiny committee invalidating caste claim of the petitioner. As the learned counsel makes a statement that the review applicant does not wish to assail the judgment of the scrutiny committee now, the review application as such would not be tenable. In case the petitioner wants to make
ra160-11 -2any prayer with regard to service, the petitioner can take up appropriate proceeding with regard to the same. Review Application as such is disposed of.
