The whereabouts of the husband of the petitioner are not known since 2015 and the petitioner - Smt. Rajabai feels that the amount which her husband is entitled to get from the respondents will lapse. 3.

The submissions made on behalf of the petitioner as well as the record would show that the husband of the petitioner had opened the account in the Bank. The petitioner is expected to furnish information about the said bank account to the respondents. The learned A.G.P. submits that the respondents will deposit the amount admissible to the husband of the petitioner

wp6410-2016 in the bank account of the husband of the petitioner. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
