The petitioner is challenging the order of Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Beed dated 21.03.2024, whereby the proposal for including his name in the Shalarth ID, has been rejected. 2.

In the light of remedy under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024, the petition is disposed of, granting the petitioner the liberty to resort to the remedy provided under that G.R. If the proceeding is preferred within a period of three weeks, the matter shall not be rejected on the ground of limitation prescribed in that Government Resolution.
