Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the Applicant for grant of anticipatory bail, since she is apprehending her arrest in connection with CR No.54/2015 registered with Police Station, Shivur, Taluka - Vaijapur, District - Beed for the offences punishable under Section/s 498(A), 306, 323, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

[2] Heard Mr. Laxman M. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. U.S. Mote, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Maharashtra.

2/2 cri.appln. 2698.15..sxw [3] First Information Report is lodged by father of deceased. Name of deceased is Anita. Name of first informant is Babasaheb. The present Applicant is mother in law of deceased. Marriage of Anita was solemnized with Nivrutti Ramrao Nikam on 1st May, 2012. Nivrutti was serving as a Teacher in the School run by Ramhari Bapu. According to the allegations made in the First Information Report, said Ramhari Bapu contested the election for legislative assembly. However, since Nivrutti did not participate in propaganda and has not extended help to Ramhari Bapu, therefore, he was terminated from the services resulting into Nivrutti habituated himself in consumption of liquor and on that count, Anita was receiving severe beating.

It is also alleged in the First Information Report that the Applicant also instigated and caused beating and demanding the amount. [4] I have gone through the First Information Report. Nature of allegations made against the present Applicant are most general in nature. Further the Applicant is age old lady.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application is allowed.

(ii) Interim order dated 26th May, 2015 passed by Hon'ble Vacation Judge ( Coram : Smt. Sadhana Jadhav, J.) is confirmed.
