The learned A.G.P. submits that the State had moved the praecipe before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for transfer of the matters challenging the G.R. dated 17.12.2018 at the Principal Seat as the matters were pending before the Nagpur Bench, Aurangabad Bench and at the Principal Seat. The Hon'ble Chief Justice under administrative order dated 07.06.2019 had directed to transfer of all these matters.

In view of the same, the registry shall take necessary steps immediately.
